Can't sleep? Sleep is very important to your overall physical and emotional health. Why else do we spend nearly $65 BILLION dollars a year?
The perfect pillow, mattress, sheets, ambient temperature, medications....and still people have problems with getting a full night's sleep.
Add in chronic pain issues, illness, and PTSD?

If you can't sleep we recommend you speak to your doctor first (specifically ask if they've been trained in cannabinoids however, a lot of them have not been). A good night's sleep is one of the most valuable things you can do for yourself.
